TNAU P.G. and Ph.D. Entrance Exam: Last Date for Applying to P.G is 15th July 2016

Tamilnadu Agricultural University conducts TNAU P.G. and Ph.D. Entrance Exam to admit students in to various Masters, Integrated Ph.D., Regular Ph.D. and Part-time Ph.D. programs. Last date for applying to Masters programs for the academic year 2016-17 is 15^th July 2016. TNAU conducts 33 masters programs in 5 campuses across Tamilnadu state.

Candidates who are willing to take the TNAU P.G. and Ph.D. entrance exam 2016 can apply through online only. A onetime registration has to be done to fill the application form and filled-in application form along with true copies of necessary documents should be send to Dean, School of Post Graduate Studies, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore 641 003. Last date for application submission is 1^st July for PG programs and 22^nd will be the last date for Ph.D. programs. Exam for P.G. and Ph.D.  programs will be conducted on 28^th July and 9^th August respectively.

Exam pattern of TNAU P.G. and Ph.D. entrance exam will be multiple choice questions type and exam will be conducted for 100 marks. Exam paper consists of 100 questions and each correct answer will fetch 1 mark and no negative marking for wrong answers.

Exam will be conducted for duration of 75 minutes for each paper, candidates appearing for masters programs will be eligible to appear for 2 papers. Candidates who opted for 2 papers have to write both the papers continuously for 2:30 hours. Exam will be conducted only at TNAU Coimbatore campus.

Exam result will be published on 27^th July for both P.G. & Ph.D. programs. Admission to the selected course will be done on the basis of merit obtained in the entrance exam and preferences given by the candidates.
