MMMUT 2017 test schedule released for BTech/MTech/MBA/MCA admissions
Madhan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology, Gorakhpur (MMMUT) announced the admission schedule for under graduate and post graduate programmes offered at university for 2017 academic year. University is offering B.Tech., M.Tech., M.B.A. and M.C.A. courses and all the admissions for 2017 academic year are through merit in admission test conducted by MMMUT.

Note: Papers (1, 2 and 3) for B.Tech programs will be available in English and Hindi languages. All other papers will be available in english language only.
MMMUT B.Tech. Admissions 2017
University is offering B.Tech. in 6 disciplines and applications are invited for first year B.Tech. and 2nd year direct entry to B.Tech. programmes. The 20% of total seats are reserved for direct entry scheme for Diploma and B.Sc. candidates. Admission test for BTech is scheduled to be conducted on 17th May 2017.
Eligibility criteria for entry to first year BTech program
- The candidate shall pass 10+2 with a minimum of 45% (40% for SC/ST) and at least scored 50% (45% for SC/ST) each in Mathematics, Physics and chemistry without grace marks.
- Candidates who are into final year of qualifying exam and going to appear the final exams in 2017 are eligible to apply.
Eligibility criteria for 2nd year direct entry to BTech program
- Candidates shall pass 10+3 or 10+4 diploma from any recognized technical board in relevant engineering branch with 60% (55% for SC/ST) without grace.

Candidates shall pass B.Sc. from any recognized university with at least 60% (55% for SC/ST) without grace marks and study 10+2 with Mathematics as one of the subject.
- Candidates who are into final year of qualifying exam and going to appear the final exams in 2017 are eligible to apply.
Admission test pattern for entry to first year BTech program
MMMUT conducts admission test in objective mode for entry into first year BTech program. Candidates have to appear PAPER 1 to get eligible for admissions.
- Test paper consists of 150 MCQ questions from Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry subjects studied at 10+2 level.
- Duration of the test is 3 hours
- Test is conducted for 600 marks
- Each MCQ question will have 4 choices with single correct answer.
- Each correct answer will fetch 4 marks and wrong answer will deduct 1 mark.
- Candidates have to bubble the OMR sheets with blue/black ball point pen only.
Admission test pattern for direct entry to 2nd year BTech program (10+3 diploma stream)
MMMUT conducts admission test in objective mode for entry into 2nd year BTech program for diploma candidates. This test is called Aptitude test for diploma holders and applicants have to appear PAPER 2 to get eligible for admissions.
- Test paper consists of 75 MCQ questions from subjects taught at diploma level
- Duration of the test is 90 minutes
- Test is conducted for 300 marks
- Each MCQ question will have 4 choices with single correct answer.
- Each correct answer will fetch 4 marks and wrong answer will deduct 1 mark.
- Candidates have to bubble the OMR sheets with blue/black ball point pen only.
Admission test pattern for direct entry to 2nd year BTech program (B.Sc. stream)
MMMUT conducts admission test in objective mode for entry into 2nd year BTech program for B.Sc. candidates. This test is called Aptitude test for B.Sc. graduates and applicants have to appear PAPER 3 to get eligible for admissions.
- Test paper consists of 75 MCQ questions from mathematics taught at degree level
- Duration of the test is 90 minutes
- Test is conducted for 300 marks
- Each MCQ question will have 4 choices with single correct answer.
- Each correct answer will fetch 4 marks and wrong answer will deduct 1 mark.

MMMUT MBA Admissions 2017
MMMUT is offering Master of Business administration (MBA) in self financing scheme. The Center for Management studies of the university is conducting MBA course from 2001 and there are 60 seats available for 2017 admissions. MBA admissions are through entrance test “aptitude test for MBA” conducted by university and exam is scheduled to be organized on 17th May 2017 from 4:30PM to 6:00PM.
Eligibility criteria for MBA admissions
- All candidates shall pass bachelor degree of minimum 3 years duration from any recognized university with at least 55% (50% for SC/ST) without grace marks.
- Candidates who are into final year of qualifying exam and going to appear the final exams in 2017 are eligible to apply.
Admission test pattern for entry to First year MBA program
MMMUT conducts admission test in objective mode for entry into first year MBA program. The candidates have to appear Aptitude test for MBA which is PAPER 5 to get eligible for admissions. Admission test paper is general aptitude test like other management entrance tests, and will have 4 sections covering English language, Numerical aptitude, Thinking & decision making and general awareness topics.

MMMUT MCA Admissions 2017
The Department of Computer sciences, MMMUT is offering MCA program and there are 60 seats available for 2017 admissions. Admissions will be based on merit in admission test conducted by university and Aptitude test for MCA is scheduled to hold on 17th May 2017 from 2:30PM to 4:00PM.
Eligibility criteria for MCA admissions
- Applicants shall pass any bachelor degree from any recognized university with 55% (50% for SC/ST) without grace marks and should have studied mathematics at 10+2 level.

MMMUT MTech Admissions 2017
MMMUT is offering 2 year full time programmes in Civil, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Mechanical and Computer Sc. & Engineering Departments. A total of 12 specializations are offered in Mtech and each specialization has 18 seats for 2017 admissions. University is conducting MTech admission test (PAPER 6) on 17th May 2017 from 7:30AM to 9:30AM. Candidates shall have valid GATE score as university will calculate final merit on 60:40 weightage for GATE and PAPER 6. Applicants who don’t have valid GATE scores merit list will be prepared based on 40% weightage to the admission test.
Eligibility criteria for MTech admissions
- Candidates shall pass 4 year B.Tech. or equivalent in relevant discipline from any recognized board/university
- Candidates who are into final year of qualifying exam and going to appear the final exams in 2017 are eligible to apply.

MMMUT conducts admission test in objective mode for entry into first year MTech program. Candidates have to appear M.Tech. Admission test (PAPAR 6) conducted by university to get eligible for admissions.
- Test paper consists of 100 MCQ questions from subjects studied at degree level.
- Duration of the test is 2 hours
- Test is conducted for 400 marks
- Each MCQ question will have 4 choices with single correct answer
- Each correct answer will fetch 4 marks and wrong answer will deduct 1 mark
- Candidates have to bubble the OMR sheets with blue/black ball point pen only
Application process for MMMUT BTech/MTech/MBA/MCA admissions 2017
University is inviting applications from eligible aspirants for 2017 admissions and application process has started from 2nd January 2017. University will accept the applications till 10th April 2017 up to 5:00PM. Candidates can apply through online or by offline OMR application form. Except MTech, for all other courses candidates can apply to more than one course using single application form.
- Candidates willing to apply online have to register through MMMUT website.
- Offline application form can be obtained by hand, or post by sending DD to university officials. Application Demand Draft (DD) shall be in favor of “Madhan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology, Gorakhpur” payable at Gorakhpur and have to post to “The coordinator admissions 2017 Madhan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology, Deoria road Gorakhpur UP”.
- Applications can also be obtained at university counter by paying application fee during 10:00AM to 4:00PM from 2nd to 3rd April 2017.
Filling the application form
Candidates applying through online OMR form have to do profile registration to start with. The applicants will receive admission form number and login id which should be carefully noted down for future correspondence. The candidates have to login using login id and password to fill the application form. The candidates need not fill in one go and can view/edit till the last date. A soft copy of recent photograph and signature has to be uploaded during filling the application form.
After filling the necessary details candidates can proceed for fee payment for admission test. The candidates have to pay the application fee through credit/debit/net banking facilities. Upon successful payment only, candidates can proceed for final submission of application form. On final submission candidates will receive the confirmation page of application form which shall be sent along with university copy of payment receipt to “The coordinator admissions 2017 Madhan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology, Deoria road Gorakhpur, UP” by 5:00PM on 17th April 2017. The candidates have to affix photograph, signature and need to duly sign wherever necessary on copy of confirmation page of application form.
The candidates applying through offline OMR form have to fill all necessary details and have to affix recent passport size photograph, signature and left hand thumb impression at space provided. Applications shall reach the university office on or before 10th April 2017.
MMMUT 2017 admission test application fee
The application fee for university admission test for BTech/MTech/MBA/MCA is Rs.1500/- for general candidates and Rs.750/- for SC/ST categories per course. The candidates applying online have to pay through available payment gateways and others can pay by cash or in the form of DD to obtain offline application.
MMMUT admission test 2017 admit card
University will send the admit card for all applicants by post and candidates can also download from the university website. The candidates who have not received admit card can contact university helpline or through email before 10th May 2017 to resolve the issue. The candidate has to carry the admit card to the test center for validation failing which no candidate will be allowed to take the test. It is advised to candidates that admit card shall be retained till the admission process completes.
MMMUT admission test 2017 examination cities
MMMUT is conducting admission test across Uttar Pradesh state and few test centers across India. The admission test for MTech will be held in Lucknow test center only.

MMMUT admission test 2017 results and admissions
Test results for MMMUT 2017 admissions are likely to be announced on 7th June 2017. University will announce the answer key along with the results. The candidates who wish to go for revalidation of his/her answer paper can apply for the same by paying DD for Rs.10000/-. The admissions to Btech/Mtech/MBA/MCA courses will be through university counselling and seat allotment will be strictly based on merit obtained in the respective admission test.
