MAT 2017 February Session last date to apply is 27th January
Management Ability Test MAT 2017 February session conducted by AIMA, application process is going on and applications will be accepted till 27th January 2017. MAT scores are accepted nationwide and exam will be conducted 4 times in a calendar year. MAT exam is conducted in both paper mode and online mode every time and MAT score validity for particular session is one year.
Paper based test is scheduled on 5th February and online test will be conducted from 11th February 2017 onwards. Online test will be conducted in different sessions in a single or multiple days depend on the demand.
Eligibility
Candidates who passed minimum 3 year bachelor degree in any discipline are eligible to appear MAT and candidates who are into final year of qualifying exam are also eligible to apply.
MAT 2017 application process
Candidates who wish to appear MAT 2017 February session have to apply online by registering through AIMA website or by purchasing application form from AIMA office. Candidates applying online have to provide all the personal and educational information to fill the application form. Soft copies of photograph and signature have to be uploaded and scanned copies shall be within prescribed format and size (JPEG of 50Kb or less).
Application fee for MAT is Rs.1200/- and there are 2 modes of payment available. Candidates can pay the application fee either by online or through DD in favor of “All India Management Association” payable at New Delhi. Who paid the application fee through DD have to send the printed application form along with DD to the MAT office before the last date.
Candidates who purchased the application form from AIMA office, have to send the duly filled application form (affixed with photograph and signature) to the MAT office on or before the last date.
Successful applicants can download the MAT 2017 February session admit card from AIMA website from 28th January 2017 onwards. No person will receive the admit card via mail or SMS, everyone has to download from official website and need to produce the printed admit card at the time of attending MAT Feb exam.
MAT 2017 exam pattern
Exam will be MCQ type and will consist 200 questions to be answered in 150 minutes. All the questions will have 4 options with single correct answer. All questions will carry equal marks with no negative marking.
In paper based test candidates have to bubble the OMR sheets where as in CBT candidates have to answer on a computer screen online. There will be 5 sections and no time and sequence to be followed to answer.
