Kerala LLM 2016 exam date announced, applications will be accepted from today

Much awaited Kerala LLM 2016 entrance exam schedule has been published by CEE Kerala. The exam will be organized on 5^th February 2017. The board is conducting entrance exam for LLM admissions once in a year into 4 government and 5 self financing law colleges across the Kerala state. Entrance exam consists of 2 papers, and paper 1 will be conducted from 9:30AM to 11:00AM and paper 2 will be conducted from 11:30AM to 1:00PM on the exam date.

CEE Kerala is accepting the applications online from 11^th January 2017 on LLM 2016 candidate portal at www.cee.kerala.gov.in. The candidates willing to appear have to apply online only and last date for submission of online application is 18^th January 2017. The applicants have to send the print out of the application form along with all necessary documents to the board office on or before 5:00PM on 19^th January 2017.

Eligibility

• The candidates shall be citizen of India with Kerala origin
• All the candidates shall pass 3/5 year LLB course or equivalent from any recognized university
• The candidates shall score 50% in the qualifying exam
• No upper age limit

Application process

There will be a onetime candidate registration to be done to start applying online. The successfully registered candidates will receive an “application number” through email. The application number along with password set during one time registration can be used for further logins and to fill the application form.

During filling the online application candidates have to upload the following documents in prescribed format. Images should be in JPG/JPEG format with below mentioned file sizes.

Photograph	15KB to 30KB
Signature	5KB to 30 KB
Thumb impression	5KB to 30 KB

 

After document upload has been completed, candidates have to fill the application for with the required personal and educational details to proceed for final submission. Online portal has provided review and edit button so that candidates can check the correctness of the information before final submission.

After final submission system will navigate to fee payment and candidates have to pay Rs.800/- (Rs.400/- for SC/ST) towards examination fee for LLM 2016 entrance exam. Application fee can be paid either through online or by e-challan.  Applicants who wish to pay by e-challan have to download the e-challan from candidate’s portal and have to remit the requisite examination fee at designated State bank of Travancore branches across Kerala.

The candidates who successfully applied for LLM 2016 have to send the print out of the application form and other necessary documents to “TheCommissioner for Entrance Examinations, Housing Board Buildings, 5^th Floor, Santhinagar, Thiruvananthapuram – 695 001” before 5:00PM of 19^th January 2017.
