JENPAUH 2016 Mop-up Counselling For BHMS and BAMS Announced

Central Selection Committee (AYUSH), West Bengal Health has announced mop-up counselling for JENPAUH 2016 to fill the vacant seats for BHMS and BAMS available after second round counselling. Counselling will be held on 26^th November, 2016 and interested candidates with JENPAUH 2016 rank are called for counselling according to the following schedule.

JENPAUH 2016 mop-up counselling will be held at 2^nd floor auditorium of Swasthya Bhavan, GN-29, Sector V, Bhidan Nagar, Kolkota. Candidates have to report half an hour before their schedule time (respective to rank) and have to submit the application form in prescribed format. Candidates also have to pay a sum of Rs.100/- against application fee.

Only the candidate will be allowed into JENPAUH 2016 counselling hall and if any candidate is unable to attend for any reason, his/her parents are allowed provided with an authorization letter duly signed by the candidate.

Eligibility

Candidate shall have attained an age of 17 years before 31^st December, 2016. Candidate should be the domicile of West Bengal for admission into govt. colleges, and other state candidates are eligible for admissions to private colleges only.

Important documents to be produced at the time of counselling:

1. Filled up application affixed with recent photograph duly attested
2. Original and one attested copy of JENPAUH 2016 Admit Card and Rank Card
3. Original and one attested copy of mark sheet of qualifying exam (10+2 or equivalent)
4. Original and one attested copy of age proof (Admit card of Madhyamik or equivalent exam)
5. Original and one attested copy of SC/ST/PwD certificate issued by competent authority
6. Original Domicile certificate issued as per Profarma A-I/II or Proforma-B by competent authority mentioned in JENPAUH 2016 information brochure

Candidates upon allotment of seat have to pay a sum of Rs.3100/- against admission fee on the spot to confirm the admission failing which his/her selection will be cancelled suo-moto. Candidate has to report to the admitting institute before 28^th November, 2016 and pay the remaining fee to the institute.
