JEE Main 2016 Results, Cutoff Scores Declared by CBSE

JEE Main 2016 results were declared by CBSE and are made available on the official website (http://cbseresults.nic.in/). Candidates can check their score by using their JEE Main 'Roll Number' and 'Date of Birth'. Results will be common for both online and offline tests.

The score declared is the actual marks obtained in Paper-1 of JEE Main 2016, a seperate JEE Main Rank Card will be prepared based on JEE Main score and Normalised Score in Class 12th or equallent qualifying exam, and will be declared before 30th June 2016. The rank card indicates All India Rank, State Level Rank and Category Rank along with marks in each subject and total marks.

The cutoff scores required to qualify for JEE Advanced to be held on 22nd May 2016 are also declared by CBSE. Candidates whoever attained the cutoff score can register for JEE Advanced starting from 29th April 2016.

As per the new amendment by MHRD the Normalisation process is scrapped out from 2017. The student has to secure 75% of marks (65% in case of SC/ST) in qualifying exam or be in the top 20 percentile in the 12th Class Examination conducted by respective Boards to qualify in JEE Main 2017.
