JCECE 2016 Exam Postponed to 12th June
The exam date of JCECE 2016 scheduled to be held on 5th June 2016 has been postponed to 12th June 2016. JCECEB conducts this exam for admission in to various undergraduate engineering, medical, agricultural and veterinary courses in government and private professional institutions across the state of Jharkhand.
The application process has started from 16th April and completed on 16th May 2016. The exam will be conducted in single session from 9:00AM to 1:30PM and consist 3 subject groups PCM, PCB and PCMB. PCM is for for engineering, agriculture and forestry programs, PCB is for medical, agriculture, forestry and veterinary courses and PCMB is for candidates who are willing to be eligible for all courses.
The date for downloading the Admit cards has not yet been announced by the board. The candidates have to carry the Admit card to be permitted to take the exam and shall retain the same till the admission process completes. Applied candidates must be aware that Admit card will not be sent by post or other means, but candidates shall download from the official website only.
Update
JCECE exam for M.B.B.S. and B.D.S. courses will not be conducted by the Board in accordance to the judgement given by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India on 9th May 2016. Candidates aspiring for admission in M.B.B.S. and B.D.S. courses may have to appear NEET phase-II which is directed to be held on 24th July.
