IRMA PRM 2017-19 Admissions: Important Dates Are Out
Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA) has announced the admission schedule of PRM (Post graduate Program in Rural Management) for academic year 2017. Application forms are available from 1st October 2016 and aspirants can apply either online or offline. IRMA will consider CAT2016/XAT 2017 scores as mandatory for admission process, and additionally candidates have to appear for “issues of social concern” test which will be held online on 12th February 2017.
Selection process also involves group activity and personal interview. Shortlisted candidates will be called for group activity and personal interview and the shortlist will be published on 18th February 2016. PRM admissions by IRMA are open to both Indian and foreign nationals where selection process for foreign nationals will involve telephonic interview only.
Aspirants who passed graduation from any discipline with an aggregate of 55% (45% for SC/ST/PwD) are eligible to apply for admissions to PRM 2017-19. Candidates willing to apply online have to register for IRMA PRM 2017-19 programs, and Rs 1200/- (Rs 600/- SC/ST/PwD) shall be remitted against application fee. Online applications will be accepted till 30th December 2016. Candidates willing to apply offline have to purchase the application form from the “IMRA Admissions office” by paying the application fee in the form of DD drawn in favor of “IMRA” payable at Anand. Applicants shall submit the hardcopy of applications on or before 23rd December 2016.
IMRA conducts the test “issues of social concern” at 27 test cities across India. Exam will be conducted online, where test paper will have 40 questions and negative marking is adopted. Admit cards for eligible candidates will be issued on first week of February, and candidates who didn’t receive the admit cards before 7th February can download the admit card from IRMA website by providing form number.
