Delhi University New B.Voc Admissions 2016-17: First Merit List Published
First merit lists for admission to new B.Voc. courses introduced this year by D.U has been published by the colleges today. Candidates who have applied for these courses can check their merit at respective college website and also university website.
A separate category wise merit list is published for every course based on the marks obtained in qualifying exam declared by the candidate while applying online. Candidates whose names are included in the merit list have to personally appear to the respective college with all original documents between 15th and 16th this September, for document verification/counseling to complete the admission process.
A total of 6 new B.Voc. courses and one Advanced diploma course have been introduced by Delhi university, derived based on curriculum and credit based system where candidates have flexibility to exit at 2nd and 4th Semester.
Candidates have to produce 2 copies of all required documents along with originals, and below is the list of documents that are required to be carried for verification at the time of admission.
- Class X Board Examination Certificate
- Class X Marks-Sheet
- Class XII Marks-Sheet
- Class XII Provisional Certificate / Original Certificate
- Character Certificate (recent)
- SC/ST/PwD/CW/KM Certificate (in the name of the candidate) issued by the competent authority
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Certificate (in the name of the Candidate) issued by competent authority
- Transfer Certificate from school / college as well as Migration Certificate from Board / University are required from those students who have passed senior secondary exam from outside Delhi
- At least two passport size self-attested photographs.
